  25.  Screen updates are verry fast relative to Intel and Alpha versions I have 
  26. seen. Even Modeler background images redraw in about 3 sec. To get the fast 
  27. redraws however you must be using either the Extreme or Impact graphic card 
  28. on the SGI. I was also Impressed with how fast large objects in modeler, and 
  29. big scene files in Layout load.  The only part I am not happy with is the 
  30. lack of Screamer Net.  If you look at a LightWave purchase from a value 
  31. added standpoint, Intel and Alpha versions are much easier to justify.   But 
  32. thats another story.
